This is a simple and delicious recipe from the Williams Sonoma catalog.  All you need is:

1 ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed
1/2 tsp sea salt, more as needed
2 Tbsp finely chopped minced red onion
3 Serrano chiles, finely chopped
2 Tbsp finely minced fresh cilantro
Lime juice (in the video I say lemon, only because in Brazil we don’t have yellow lemons.  everything is called lemon)
