Chocolate Pecan Pie with Bourbon

You won’t be able to resist this pie.  Before serving, put it in the microwave for about 10 seconds to warm it…then place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.  This has become one of my favorite dessert recipes.  Don’t think about how many calories are in a serving.  Just enjoy.
