High protein meals are good for athletes who want to build muscle. Vegetarians also need protein to make up for the lack of meats. I tried this shake during a recent visit to the Whole Foods in Pembroke Pines. All you need is a scoop of Soy Protein, a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter, a couple of very ripe frozen bananas and almond milk. You can find almond milk at any supermarket–not just Whole Foods.
